I am currently reading this guide book I'd borrowed frm library. It is-How to cope with STRESS (since I am under truckloads of stress, eel recommend me to borrow this.hehehe).

13 WAYS YOU CAN HELP URSELF.
1. Good food.
-Eat in moderation, 3 times a day. Plenty of grains & cereals. More fruits & vegies. Lots of fresh water and no SOFT DRINKS.

2. Fitness.
-Moderate and regular excercise will soaks up the stress chemicals. Which promote a good sleep.

3. Breathing.
-Breathe evenly & deeply. This will help if U are coping with stressful events.

4. Relaxation.
-Take some time out for some physical & mental peace when U really need it.

5. Find and interest.
-Look out for somthg interesting to encourage U to learn smthg new to enjoy 'em to the max!

6. Take a holiday.
-Get a short break. Take a day off and make a plan to travel for a few days frm work/sch. (wish I can do this!)

7. Plug into a support network.
- Try to tag along in a large group-be it in a small family or friends- so to ensure that U won't feel alone.Happiness and weelbeing comes frm a healthy relationships!

8. Avoid bad habits.
-Overeating & otha bad habits (nail biting.etc..)are signs of being stress. learn how to manage by consultation or consult frm someone that U are comfortable with.

9. Set a daily routine.
- Give urself some time in start for a beautiful day. The morning is the best time for meditation & excercise.

10. Grow a garden.
- Flourish plants & flowers in the balcony to take pleasure & serene frm watching the grow. A soothing & ancient joy!

11. Get A pet.
-Get a family pet. Especially those feeling lonely. Pets provide a good company as well as uncritical devotion & loyalty-which is important for ur self-esteem!. Also having smthg to cuddle and warm for a great comfort.

12. Take a time OUT.
-U need time just to yourself. Whether U enjoy swimming, reading ot listening to music, allow urself to recover frm the demands on YOU. U'll be far more effective afterwards.

13. Cultivate stillness.
- Many conduct a constant mental commentary on themselves & their actions.(NOT HELPFUL!) Try to practice meditation to calm urself down or by doing smthg that U really enjoys.
